I'm a Google software Engineer since 2011, and a member of the Ganeti core team since 2012. Inside Ganeti, I implemented a better network support, enhancements of storage handling and various bugfixes.
In my life before Google I worked at a biotech company bringing medical analysis robots to life. I am a member of the German Chaos Computer Club and gave a couple of talks on their conferences, among those one at 28c3 about hearing aid technology and at the OpenChaos Cologne about C#/.Net. In university, my focus was on datamining an pattern recognition; I participated successfully in various datamining competitions.
